Are you looking for a way to kick start your career? We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to undertake a full-time, twelve-month traineeship at the assisting in the operation of services provided by the Wellington Shire Council Library based in Sale, Victoria.
This is an entry level position that provides training, learning opportunities and support for people wanting to gain their first qualification and entry into the workforce. The position offers a variety of exciting tasks such as customer service, processing daily patron notices, book deliveries, library operations, resource maintenance and general office administration. In addition, your on-the-job experience will be enhanced by the completion of a Certificate III in Business.
The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the Visitor Information Centre and Gippsland Art Gallery whilst assisting patrons at the Port of Sale help desk.
