Executive Support Officer - Development

Permanent Full-Time

Band 5 - $65,393 - $75,165 per annum plus 9.5% statutory superannuation

Focused on providing first class administrative support, your proactive approach to work and professional demeanour will ensure you quickly develop working relationships with a diverse range of internal staff and external members of the community.

In this role you will manage the day-to-day operations of the General Manager’s Office; tasks include word processing, database maintenance, diary management, project research, development of office management systems and preparation of a range of high level correspondence. You will also assist with coordination of event applications, arranging functions, conferences and meetings.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate how they meet the criteria below:

  • Excellent communication and customer skills.
  • High level of skills in the preparation of correspondence and reports.
  • Superior ability to organise work and meet strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated evidence of self-motivation, ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
